Santa Claus will be making a pit stop in Paris in order to hear the Christmas wishes of all the good little boys and girls at the Disneyland Park just outside the city. Santa and his elves are at Disneyland from now until December 25, 2012, so families staying at one of the Sister Hotels Champs-Elysées can take the opportunity to make a few wishes come true in the City of Light.
There is even a Santa Claus Post Office, where children can send in their Christmas lists in order to get an answer back from Father Christmas himself. The response letters from Santa arrive at children’s homes within a few weeks, giving families a magical souvenir of their visit to Paris.
A visit to Santa or to the Santa Claus Post Office can be followed by a viewing of the Christmas Parade at Disneyland. In addition to the regular parade show that has been running through the park since April 2012, the special Christmas 2012 parade show can also be enjoyed until January 6, 2013.
Watching the Christmas Parade will give children yet another chance to get a glimpse of Santa as he rides his sleigh through Main Street U.S.A., with dolls and toy soldiers that have come to life dancing around him. Plus, Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and the gang will all be there to participate in the holiday fun.
At the end of the night, families can wrap up their visits by watching the Disney Dreams spectacle, which is projected onto the facade of the Sleeping Beauty Castle. Every night until January 6, 2013, the Disney Dreams show presents lights, colors and special effects that will dazzle spectators of all ages. All of this and more can be experienced at Disneyland Paris during the holidays.
